im not expert on cheating, but that type of window doesnt appear for cheats i dont think....plus that would be so easy to put in paint and alter as a way to get banned...though blade is jsut a drama queen as everyone else has said

Blade, in confessing to me that he did use it...sent me a copy which I played around with on lan. It does in fact look like that when you select demoman as a class. That graphic is always there and tells you whether or not it's activated and at what distance the pipes will det from the enemy.

Specing a player using it won't let you see that graphic. The only way to really tell is by knowing your players and their skill levels. Someone that's only fair with pipes will look like a god the next time you see them playing. Really, the only way you can tell other than that is to witness them kill with det pipes while they're in their respawn or something like that.

Nope is correct, Blade is a drama queen.

Chips was not using autodet. I knew he was joking. I will say though, there have been instances where I have wondered if some players use autodet or not along with wall hacks etc.

For myself I don't joke about hacking nor do I like people joking I hack. In my opinion, its fosters an atmosphere that allows hackers to blend in. Based upon what I have seen and read since coming back to TFC, it appears hackers are more prevealent then the were 2 years ago, which is sad.

As an example it appears the leagues banned over 81 people for using perfect player in the course of a few days, enough for to have nine nine man teams.

I recommend hackers stop hacking. Nice pipe dream but what can you say.

The PerfectPlayer hack was made to catch hackers. It logged your STEAMID. AFter it had been out a while the guy who made it reported every steam id to league officials. Genius guy.

so he is saying the server sucks because he hacks? man... I thought u were better then that blade...

i personally had no clue chips, i was running to get an ammo pack when i heard the pipes blow and transient dead right after you said that - i know your a decent demo but i saw nothing.

What exactly does a wall hack do?

it can do one of the following:
make walls just transparent
it can darken the envrinment and lighten the player models
it could indicate player class and color(like munchez' one)

its a cheat. dont use it.

theres a couple legit wallhacks that ONLY work in spectator mode.
Sparky's hook lets you see players through walls w/out darkening the world.
L0kiGL(thats a zero) players through walls, darkens world, lightens players.
