I would much rather be somewhere else on Wednesday. At a local concert place.

MC Chris will be performing.
MC CHRIS!
The guy who voices Hesh on Sealab 2021, and voiced various villians on ATHF.
The guy who made the album Life's A biatch and I'm Her Pimp.

I can't go

Ha! YOU ALL SAW IT FIRST!!! I WASN'T THE FIRST TO POST SOMETHING ON IT!!!!

*ahem* okay.

[giddy schoolgirl]

I'm so so so so so so so so so excited for this movie I have tickets for 5:30 am on opening day and I'm going to see it twice once before school and once after... This is the first Star Wars film rated pg13, it's guaranteed to be very bloody as well as tragic and depressing and dark and gloomy. I mean, the guy's turning evil....

[/giddy schoolgirl]

*ahem*

Okay...

I also purchased the soundtrack for this film already- the music is VERY action packed yet tragic at the same time. I wouldn't be suprised if this film jerks a few tears out of me. Crying or Very sad

Yeah, I'm not a star wars freak or anything, but I'm really looking forward to this.

I'm not a big fan of Star Wars but I still like all the movies. I can see movies for free if I wait two weeks cause I have the hook-up like that. It does look really cool though.

Have you seen the originals remade with the new special effects Question
Quite good...

But...these "series" of movies were made so far apart, it's hard for me to relate them in some ways. The first three had more "tongue in cheek" humor than the newer ones. It's just hard for me to put them all together as one story. And today's special effects obviously > those of almost 30 years ago.

I found todays commercial for it quite amusing <scenes> SITH <more scenes> HAPPENS... Laughing

We're (my family) not generally moviegoers. Sticky floors, overpriced food stuffs, rude patrons...etc. The four of us can't go to a movie without spending around $40.00 to $50.00...minimum. Shocked

The last two that came out, we waited for the DVD. These days, that's never really too long. Besides, $20.00 or less and we're covered. We have a nice home theater setup and I find it far more enjoyable than a movie theater. My neighbors aren't crazy about it though. Razz

<---subwoofer on high Good Idea
