rgr that im making a new one
this will be my 8th .avi i havent come up with a name yet just got the intro done ... well almost done and 1 min of footage in it
all footage come from matches , 2v2 , 3v3 ,4v4 or just 8v8 gathers
OFFENSE only , why ? cuz defense doesend take much skill  and offense is where the magic happens
i just left my european clan not long ago so right now im looking for another clan ( european ) im trying to make my comeback on the highest level in tfc ( in europe ) wich is the premiere division , so if everything goes the way it shoult be it shoult be a kick ass avi
you want to be in it ??? sure you can give it a try let me know when you have a nice demo and i'll take a look at it , its HAS to be offensive footage ..... a demo of you playing offense in a pub will not even be watched  oh yeah it woult be nice if you watch the demo yourself ( viewdemo demoname ) and tell me in what minutes of the demo your 1337 moves are so i dont have to watch the entire demo
anyway just wanted to let you guys know what im doing right now ..... thats one of the reasons why i dont play on the server as much as i used to*cough*AndTheMapRotationIsOneOfTheOtherReasons*couch* <3
wanna play a gather yourself ?? #tfc.gather.us on gamesurge its fun you get to play matches with or vs people that play in high skilled clans give it a try |

Gathers are great.
And if I remember your most recent AVI, Feelin' Strange, you had crosshairs on. Personally, I feel crosshairs being on really hurt an AVI.
I'll dig through some of my old stuff to see if there's anything nice. Does pub stuff count if the pub is [GoW]Odin's Graveyard? .
Was a 3v3 same players whole map if that means anything :O |

Why no D Menace? Cuz im really good at it and stuff. and to have some of my stuff in your AVI would rock. Plus Im slacking on making mine... mostly beacuse I have never done it and I dont have Fraps so all I have is some demos on my HD lol  |

Well I have been asking my buddy for about two weeks now to make me a copy of Fraps and he hasnt done it yet. But besides that I have no clue as to what other programs to use. I do have a few songs picked out in my head that i would like to use so maybe I have enough demos for more than one AVI who knows lol. but yea that would be cool if ya helped me when the time comes.  |

the programs that i use for an avi ...
Sony vegas video 5.0 <--- to put the avi with the music together with special fx in it
virtual dub <-- to convert all bmp's to .avi
winamp <-- to see what song im gonna use
steam <-- to convert a .dem to a s**t load of bmp's
and its not that hard to make an avi
but dont worry we'll get it done together , we shoult hook up sometime on irc or so ... msn maybe ??? i dont use AIM anymore |

I get the idea for all of those except Steam? to change .dems to .bmps? isnt .bmp the file extension for a bit map? So you have to break down the .dem down frame by frame so to say? man that must suck!!!! if it is true. lol.wav  |

just make all bmps of the action you want to use not a 30 min demo |

i'll just post it here so you cant forget 
ok you watch a demo ....
viewdemo DemoName ( do that in your console )
now the move you wanna turn into an avi comes up ...
then you go to your console and typ " startmovie lol 30 "
lol is the name you give to all bmp's use whatever name you like i use lol alot
30 is the fps your gonna play it at ... 30 fps is normal speed anything higher woult make the .avi look slower
anything lower then 30 will make it go faster
then the thing you wanted to make an .avi of is over ...
go to console and typ " endmovie "
there ... you got LOTSA bmp's in your tfc folder ...
thats when virtualDub is needed to make all bmp's a .avi
those are the basics but we'll do it as soon as we hooked up sometime ... its much easyer when you got those programs |

Menace...Vegas can convert the bmp's to avi...or any other format you wish. No need for the extra step really...you'll end up compressing twice and maybe losing some quality along the way.
Open bitmaps in Vegas by selecting first file and checking "open still image sequence"
Select "Use timecode in file" ... |
