One last time...because several who expressed interest never showed up in IRC or came to the announced practice. We picked up two new players and we're still looking for 3-5 more on offense. One more time...because if we don't get a handful of dedicated players...we'll more than likely have to fold the team entirely. It would be great for -[CfH]- to have a presence in a TFC league...I'd very much like it to continue.

We are especially recruiting for offensive talent...although, we'd welcome anyone to try out that meets the requirements. But know that your chances would be better if offense is your strong point.

Before you post anything...listen up. We're looking for 3 to 5 DEDICATED players...and I mean dedicated. Practices are on Thursday and Sunday evenings at 9:30 PM eastern time. Matches are on Tuesday evenings at the same time...9:30 PM eastern time.

You must...
Be a -[CfH]- member.
Have a working mic.
Idle in our IRC room on gamesurge...#cfh.
Be available for these three evenings a week for a minimum of two hours.

So you know, we play in the STA league in the bronze division...their lowest division. We're not looking for the best of the best ... we like it in bronze...but...you must be willing to listen to direction, be a good communicator and a good team player.

So...if you feel you'd like to participate, we'll arrange a tryout for those interested. Please put down the class you're best at/would like to play.

i loaded up mirc but no one was online. i will chat with the wife about having dedicated time to play and see what she says. I still have no mic so I would have to get one. I am really interested in playing in these matches and in a more team based match.

There's 11 of us in there now. Surprised

Take another look at the instructions and make sure you got to the right room.

well, my video card can take up to end of this month to replace... :/

Chi, Nirvana and Kibbles have been added to the official STA roster. We're gonna try to be active for the match this coming Tuesday.

hey chips, i'd be interested in helping you guys out. i don't have a mic at the moment, but am trying to get one, just got new computer and stuff. the only thing is, i can't play all the time, so if you needed a backup or something, i could probably come every once in a while, it's up to you, but you guys are a cool bunch and i wouldn't mind playing for you guys Smile

) and you definitely need a working mic.

We practice so little...you'd need to make the two practices a week. We only prac about 2 hours...it's not a huge comittment.

lol cool, just thought i'd throw it out there. my friend was looking to hook me up with a headset from circuitcity since he works there, so hopefully i'll have one at some point. but yeah, if ya need me just let me know.
