Okay, so for a homework assignment, I am to go around and see what people have to say about someone or something. This time, my History Teacher wants us to research about wwhat the public has to say about President Bush. I figures this is easier and safer than going out and asking people I don't know...so That's why I need you guys.

Okay, first Vote, then explain why. I need at least 15 votes, so PLEASE HELP!

To all of you that helped me, Thanks.

My report is due the 26th, so HURRY UP!

Someone needs to learn how to do an unbiased poll Wink
2 answers involving him being a good president is showing biased towards him being a good president...
Maybe also wording it 'do you agree with what bush has done' or 'do you disagree with what bush has done'

I'm a Republician, and I think that he's done a fair job. Iraq really should have been handled differently IMO.

i dont like him, basically because hes an extreme idiot. his whole organization of things is corrupt imo, and the fact that weve been in afghanistan and iraq for so long pisses me off, because our troops are dying for NO reason. his father had it right by actually waging an all-out war, he was in and on saddam's ass in a very short time. its just too bad he never finished it up and took saddam out of power. this "limited war" that bush has waged on terrorism is a losing battle, our troops are just sitting around as big targets to be destroyed..... there are a few other reasons why i hate bush but ill leave them out.

but he really is a ****ing idiot, one of his speeches was analyzed, and it came out he has a 4th grade reading level. he has more quotes that are completely stupid than anyone i have ever seen before - i believe there are 2 or 3 BOOKS around of JUST his quotes, and they are amazing in their stupidity. here are some:

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we,
They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country
and our people, and neither do we."

"As Governor of Texas, I have set high
standards for our public schools, and I have
met those standards."

"There's no such thing as legacies. At least,
there is a legacy, but I'll never see it."

"The California crunch really is the result of
not enough power - generating plants and then
not enough power to power the power of the
generating plants."

"See, in my line of work you got to keep repeating things over and
over and over again for the truth to sink in, to kind of catapult
the propaganda."

"If this were a dictatorship, it would be alot
easier--just so long as I'm the dictator."

"This notion that the United States is getting ready to
attack Iran is simply ridiculous. And having said that,
all options are on the table."

"I think we ought to raise the age at which
juveniles can have a gun"

"For every fatal shooting, there were roughly
three non-fatal shootings. And, folks, that is
unacceptable in America. It's just unacceptable.
And we're going to do something about it."

"You work three jobs? … Uniquely American, isn't it? I mean,
that is fantastic that you're doing that."
President Bush, to a divorced
mother of three in Omaha, Nebraska

"Natural gas is hemispheric. I like to call it
hemispheric because it is a product that we can
find in our neighborhoods."

"They want the federal goverment controlling
Social Security like it's
some kind of federal program." 11-2-2000 Shocked

"I'm going to spend a lot of time on Social Security. I enjoy it.
I enjoy taking on the issue. I guess, it's the mother in me." April 14, 2005

im gonna stop here, because i could go on for hours and hours with the quotes he has. these i just found on a few sites, and theyre only half-good compared to some others... ive actually burst out loud laughing from some of the things he has said. bush is an idiot, plain and simple

Bad Idea

I believe George W Bush is a good president but has made a few mistakes. The Iraq War could've gone smoother, but I still think it was the right choice. He could also work harder to help improve the economy. All in all, a decent president who could've done things a lot better, but very few people, if they were in his shoes, could do any better.

8 % of the world population

25% of the worlds gas consumption

that pretty much sums it up.

Me im with Kyubi and the rest. The man has no buisness running a country when he cannot even speak properly. The fact that he has done more to hurt this country than an terrorist could actually do by taking away OUR given Civil Liberties and rights is just insane. Giving the FBI more power to illegialy spy on americans is absurd. The man has no compasion for the American people what so ever. He says he is doing this for the saftey of the American people but every day we are lossing what has been given to us by our forefathers.

Bush is up there with those PETA lunatics

I still want to make a billboard that has a counter on it that shows the time from 9/11 to now with a quote from Bush when he said "We will catch Osama bin Laden dead or alive!" How long has it been Mr.President, and how much time do you need?

The man has gone back on his word to the American people so many times and this is just one occurance of it. I truely belive that the War in Iraq is a deversion for him not finding Osama and that the Presedent thinks everyone in America is as dumb as him and will assume that Iraq and Osama have a connection and he is doing it for the saftey of us Americans.

The man is a downright imbicile.

I would type more but I just woke up and cant think right now.

Like 99% of the worlds grain production. Welcome to a developed country with a huge economy.

Bah! If gas is what he wanted, it would'be been a better idea to suck up to Sadaam and be best buddies.
What happened was that the information gathered from the CIA and countless agencies of other governments was incorrect. Admit it, back then, we thought that there were WMDs.
As for right now, I believe the fighting is so we can subdue some of these insurgents so we can fight them there, instead of over here. Sounds kind of bad, but I don't very much care for the alternative.
