Well...if you wanna bring up game play. Go back to the beginning of this little festival know as the Superbowl. It was just a bunch of burly drunks slugging it out IN THE OUTDOORS...and on tv no less. No friggin domes for these boys...they actually got dirty. Shocked

Now...it's this burly pagent turned soap opera...that's just too rediculous to believe. What hype, what a stage...what a bore. By the time the game comes around, I'm not usually in the mood. I watched most of the 3rd quarter...that's it.

<3 the burly drunk men playing on real dirt for around 40k a year. Good Idea

I cracks me up is the morons that, after the game, are yelling out, "WE WON, WE WON". No jackass, you didnt win jack-s**t. The over-paid guys won, which will further jack up their ticket prices again next year, ensuring that you wont ever be able to afford to bring your family to the big game, unless you somehow inherited MICROSOFT CORPORATION.
Till then, keep being their rabid fans and add more fuel to it all by spending your hard earned bucks supporting a bunch or barely-literate jocks that wouldnt so much as give you their tissue after they blow out their honkers in them, as they pass by in their cars/SUVs that cost more then youll make in the next 4 years combined.
Yep, you showed them....YOU WON !!! Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Signed.....a disgruntled Jets fan. Mad

I'm sorry but that may be true with the Jets, at least this season anyway. But people go to sporting events not to waste their money, but for other reasons. To support their favorite team, favorite player, home town team, or just a team that they caught on to and began to love. Me, I've been a Seahawks fan all my life, and I always will be. I watch them and go to however many games I get to go to in a year, not because I am rich and love to spend money, but because I have a passion for football. I play it, I watch it, and I love it. I just don't like it how people will "cheer" for a team, and then they lose, and they are like "F*CK THEM! THEY SUCK!" That isn't what sports is about. Sports is about showing the fans what they want. In some cases (the "new" 49ers and the Texans) they are just stuck in a bad funk if you ask me. Their time will come, hell the Seahawks have done the best they've ever done in the history of the franchise this year. Just because we lost the game, doesn't mean I'm not going to stop loving them. I'm a Seahawks fan, and I will be one for life!

Referees basically took seattle out of it by throwing flags or making blind calls in / around the endzone.

actually of the three "controversial " calls two if u read the rule book stand and the third was just a good tackle by hasslebeck. and maybe the two missed field goals and the touchdown dropped, and the two throws out of bounds that should have been in took seattle out of the game. dont blame the refs when seattle had more mistakes than the zebras. Wink
