Some sections were a bit dodgy, like spilling a drink on a keyboard can be true in some cases, coca cola will total a keyboard if spilled on one. |

we could run a test on an old keyboard. spill some different sodas, urine, vomit, then clean it out completely(even opening it up to clean)and see if it still works(while wearing gloves ) |

I have cleaned my keyboard using warm soap water, just dip it in when you have taken it apart. The secret is to not use it until it is COMPLETELY dry. My keyboard has yet to fail me.
Keep in mind, though, that I have an older keyboard, with none of the new media keys and what not. I'm not sure it would work so well with newer keyboards, and I wouldn't try. |

I just cleaned my board I took all the keys off and the top plate and ran it under water then used a rag to clean it. Works great still. |

Hints:
1) don't eat on or around your keyboard.
2) don't leave liquids on or around your keyboard.
3) don't leave kids on or around your keyboard.
4) blast with compressed air on and around your keyboard.
No problem mon. |
