Lil Liz needs your alls help. I'm trying to land a job with subway and I've been interviewed by both the owner and the manager. The only reason they aren't hiring me is because and I quote "Our questions are with your inexperience not the customers but with your co-workers. We aren't sure if you have the thick enough sin to take the crap they throw at you. So it's up to you to convince me."

I need to convice this dude I can take all crap I'm going to get from co-workers. Y'know the shitty jobs you had to do wehn you first starting out. I really need this job and I really want it. I'm feeling lead on and it's really getting to me.

So what I can say to the owner to convice him I have what it takes?

Wow, the one question of yours I can't answer, all I can think of is to not give up, but that probably isn't what you were looking for, sorry. >.<

I feel like I'm just being strung along. I'm gonna call again tomorrow one last time and then forget about it. If he wants me he wants mke.

Don't expect things to come easy just because you want them to. This is really nothing new, and I'm sure you are aware of that. Perservere, keep confident, stay positive (lord knows I've failed many times in all these facets). It is hard to know what to do, but you have to bend over and take it sometimes. If you really want to do it, play their game and swallow your pride a little bit. All this aside, advice from anyone doesn't really matter because it's all about what you make of it.

Just make up some Bs about growing up with 2 older brothers that used to pick on you and harrase you all the time. Say that it has hardened your skin over the years. Very Happy

Tell them you survived highschool, its the modern equivalent to the looney bin back when the owner was your age.

Honestly, I thought the interview was supposed to find out what skills you have, not your character, seems very odd.
