Take note: STA-ADL has 2 different leagues now: 8v8 and 5v5. 8v8 occurs on Sunday nights and 5v5 occurs on Wednesday nights.
8v8 is always insane.
The 5v5 is nice as they play a lot of different maps particularly ones that are better with smaller teams (asti_r for example.) Plus, you really need to rethink strats with low playercount and different classlimits. And its a nice excursion mid-week and its a different map every week.
