One of our newer forums members sent this to me...and I asked him if it would be okay to post this for all to see. For some of you that are maybe not into the serious side of TFC organized competition...this could be the thing for you. Check it out.

Subject: 5 on 5 fun league
We've been running an in-house 5 on 5 league, OGL style ladder, for a few months now. Granted, the skill level is not on par with most of the "normal" leagues...pub server skill level at best. Teams consist of 7 players, and alternates are available when you can't field 5. Match dates/times are planned by team captains. Maps are also decided by team captains. We also have 2 teams play each week on "League Night", with set maps chosen by one of the league admins. Basically there are no rules that you would find in normal leagues. Spam, o vs o, yard d, spy/medic defense, etc. are all allowed. Bunnyhopping is disabled though.

to be honest this sounds like the crappiest thing I have ever heard of! first of all OvO is why league players well play in leagues(unless you're ugc ^_^). Yard D is just gay if you're a god at HW but its still fine by me. Medic and spy D are ok as long as they ARE D and not O and well no bhop FTL. If I wanted to do this I would just join drippy's 2fort server... seems thats all it is.

the reason i said this: no rules = D wins.
send out 2 O until you cap once, assuming you cap first, then just switch everyone to D and you win?
Not to mention, no bhop cripples offense even more. unless you like have an O demo piping their respawn, gl with offense. |

Why are former and current league team members bashing and criticising this...this is clearly not meant for current/former/preferred league style players...that was said. Can no one read 
A guy from a respected community ... The Gas Chamber ... comes here to our house of fun and tells us about some fun stuff they're doing also. Criticism is not needed nor warranted...plz keep those opinions to yourself. Reply ONLY if you're interested. If this doesn't sound like fun to you...simply don't reply.
Dark Applepolisher...I'd have to agree with you. Cause every time I think our place stoops to new lows...I visit the D2F server and realize how good it is here. Everyone breaks the rules on a fairly consistant basis there...they would probably do well in a league with few rules...they're experts.
