Why doesn't certain members and admin's have their deserved sound bind? I have heard many conversations about it, and am wondering why. (Tough-SoX, Bonsai, Target, Bam-Bam, Kind-BuD.....etc.) If I left anyone out it wasn't perposly. 
Anyways, Im wondering if anyone feels the same. |

I think he's refering to the admin only sounds such as admin.wav, elmo.wav, etc. I dont know of any admin not having use of them though.
Some were always admin only, others were made that way due to harsh language that was getting waaaay overused and abused. Admins can only used them when logged in. |

| and some were made admin only (like cheater) because every person who got in trouble for cursing threw a fit about that sound |
