At 10:56 am(eastern time), my dear wife, Rosita Maria Linde, passed away.

She died with me holding her hand, and her daughter present. I'm still in shock, and am completely numb. I am wearing her wedding ring on my pinky finger, until I can find a safe place to put it, where I know I can find it.

Rose and I met and had our first date on Nov. 15,2000. The first Valentine's day we were together, I gave her a heart shaped ruby neclace. I'm going to find it, and put her ring on it. I will then securely wrap it around the urn that her ashes will be in.

We were only married 11 days before she died. I thank God that she was able to make it for that date. I honestly think she was waiting until after her daughter's birthday(which was this past monday).

Nothing I or anyone else says will make you feel better. I just want you to know how much my heart goes out to you. You seemed very brave and strong through this whole ordeal. I can only give you my best regards and hope you remember the good times with her.

I am so sorry. I feel so terrible for you to lose a loved one so soon after marriage. I hope you remember all the memories you had together. I am glad you two were together so long and that you got married before her time came.

OMG, I think I'm crying.

I'm sad to hear that.
Death is never easy to cope with.
I was hoping that it wouldn't come to this.

I wish I could say more, but I don't know what else to say.
I'm sorry, for everything.

Oh man, I just read over your whole stroy again. That, with the music I was playing, made me really depressed.
Sad
I can only imagine how you feel. Stay strong.

I'm not very good at discussing such sad topics but here is my attempt.

That sucks.

Thank you all!! I'm still a bit screwed up in the head, and probably will be for some time. She was more than just my wife, she is my soul mate. We shared many good times, for only having known each other for just under 6 years. Both her son and daughter have fully accepted me and my grandmother into their hearts, just as their mother did. I promised Rose that I would not "self destruct", and that's a promise I intend to keep. It would be all too easy to slip into that mode, were I a weaker person. We've planned a memorial service for her, on Sunday.
Aside from the Urn I'll be getting(which is a real pretty porcellin(sp) one with a rose on it...I'm getting a heart shaped pendant with some of her ashes in it.
