when you're bored and watching "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" at 4am.
This turns into this(and more pictures here, here, here, and here), and also this(with another picture here), using only these. |

Oh, I watched the movie too, but now I have an order for a bracelet like this, so I'm going to make another one.... |

When people get bored and they're young and stupid the first thing they think of is pr0n. |

I find making chain maille to be very therapeutic. What kind of metal /guage wire is it?
Could be worse... you could be this guy . |

I don't know, I get these years ago and found the bracelet I started(I actually finished it at one point) in three pieces so I fixed it. Then I got even more bored and made a necklace of sorts, but I'll probably have to take it apart to make the bracelet for Amy. |

How ironic that one of the people I know at my school decided to wear a chainmail vest yesterday. |

I don't think that has anything to do with being a conincidence.
Thats just a sad indictment on the situation of guns in American schools. That person is probably the smartest one out there. |

yeah they have uniforms at our public schools, not one set outfit like you would see at some private schools, but just a very very tightened choice of clothing. |

Chainmail vest + bullet fired from a gun = no protection whatsoever.
None. Being shot while wearing a chainmail vest will not protect you at all, so really, he was just out to get weird looks. |
