Fantastic movie! Stunning visuals, great story, graphic violence, everything I like in a movie! Some people might be scared away by it being foreign and subtitled, but don't be. I just had to recommend this movie to everyone! |

I have been looking forward to this movie for weeks. They aren't playing it at the theater I work in, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do.
Fairy Tale + Rated R= has to be good. |

It's playing in limited release right now, so it might not be playing near you. If you get a chance to see it, you might give it a try. It's made by the guy who made Hellboy, but it's 10000x better. Easily the best movie I've seen this year, and maybe for about the last 2 years. |

I wouldnt go that far cause you still got alot of movies to come out Harry potter, spiderman 3, the messengers, There are alot of movies still to come .. Speaking of movies are they going to make another X-men? Cause you cant end the 3rd one the way they did thats crap! |

I'm hoping Spiderman 3 will be better. |

I agree with Mally but my list of movies that could top this (haven't seen it yet though) consists of, at the very least, Hot Fuzz. There's soooo many sequels coming out (Bourne Ultimatum, Spiderman 3, PotC 3, whatever Shrek, 28 weeks later, Hostel 2 (!!!), Sin City 2 (possibly), Harry Potter 5, Oceans 13, Hannibal Rising, Evan Almighty (Steve Carell instead of Jim Carrey, and he has to build an arc), Fantastic Four: Silver Surfer, and probably a few more. Remake of Halloween directed by Rob Zombie should be nice, and Grindhouse will be another movie to see, plus Romero's new one, Diary of the Dead. Fun popcorn movies should include Transformers, Simpsons, Reno 911: Miami, 300, and Ghost Rider, but that last one is just because I have the hots for Nicholas Cage. There's no way any '07 movie will be able to top Hot Fuzz though.
Now back to Pan's Labyrinth |

I just bolded the ones I plan to see. Hannibal Rising(the book) was made specifically to be made into a movie. Thomas Harris is just looking for one more trip to the bank before everyone gets sick of it. You should see Ghost Rider, it'll be Nick Cage's last movie. You know, the one that ruins his career. It looks sooooo terrible, which is a shame, since I still have the first 50 issues of Ghost Rider in my closet. It was one of my absolute favorites. |
