yeah i had a awsome time last night, so fun that i just woke up a lil hungover and a loud ringing sound in my left ear. Very Happy

Saw chevelle last night at the house of blues in atlantic city at the showboat casino and did some drinking and gambling afterwords.

The Show: 2cents was up first who turned out to be a decent/good rock/metal band, they got the crowd of like 200 people lol in the room into it , but what was even greater was during one of their rants after a song they made fun of Fall Out Boy and Good Charlotte callin them posers, sell out *bleep* w/ their eyeshadow and homo punk look, etc..lol Then 2cents finished w/ a tribute song to the great Dimebag Darrell Good Idea

Next up was Fair to Midland, i didnt kno who the hell these guys were, but after hearing them live, i hate them. Just not my kinda singing for their music. Then Chevelle came out, the room filled quite a bit, we had like 200 in the room and then there was like 800, (small room at house of blues, but 1 bar on each side, and a balcony up top w/ some seating). Of course to me they were awsome but they did do a gj. Nice mosh pit up front, lil crowd surfing, people headbanging, jumping, etc...they definitely had the most affect on the crowd, well worth $20. So that explains the loud ringing sound in my ear.

Then after i caught up w/ my bro and a couple of our friends, we did some gambling, played $10 min at a Texas Holdem Bonus table, won $250, so that was nice lol. Then i'm going w/ my friend ed to cashier and hes like hold up i wanna play a lil roulette real quick, he goes over puts $10 on 14 and $25 on black and the very first spin he hits 14 and wins $350. I was just bragging to him like how i made $250 in 20 min and then he makes $350 in 20 sec, bastage.wav. Then we all just went over to Borgata and played $2-4 holdem in the poker room and had our drinks, i had some JD n cokes. Then we cashed out (won $5!) went to the bar, did some shots, B52, jager, and the dreaded 4H last. After that we were done, fell asleep in the car got home at like 6am and like i said, i just woke up now.

Now thats what i call a great friday night Cool

Wow, sounds fun! Man, that's awesome what happened in roullette!! Now, I know what Jack and Jager is, but what's B52 and 4H? I'm assuming that they're short for something, but can't think of what.

B52 is like a drinking a shot of coffee w/ alcohol. Its baileys irish cream, kahlua i think, and amaretto. The 4H is yeah short for 4 Horseman. 4H imo can do some damage to ya lol, its a shot of the 4 J's, Jack Daniel's, Johnnie Walker, Jose Cuervo, and Jim Beam all in one.

What was Chevelle's set list?

hmm...well...2 GREAT NIGHTS IN A ROW!!! Just got home from seeing chevelle again at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville NJ. This time i got there early so i can get on the rail way up front, was like 5 feet from the stage and i of course took the left side cause Pete always plays on that side of the stage, well right side from his point of view. As soon as they came on, they blew the ****ing roof off the place. There had to of been at least a 1000 people there or more, never seen it so packed. So theres alot more fans than just me and ricky CC lol. Alot of people crowd surfing and mosh pits in all the middle of the room. My ribs are literally shot to death right now cause of all the people pushing and shoving and crap omg (thats what ya get for standing on the rail). Best show i've ever been too by far, even chevelle was amazed at just how much the crowd was really into it, headbanging and jumping the whole time, everyone literally singing every word to the songs, was awsome. And once again i caught another drumstick, thats 2 i got now ricky Razz

Basically the same setlist as last night, except for they switched the order of songs around a lil bit i think and they switched Get Some w/ Another Know It All.

I kno most everyone here besides ricky lol isnt a huge fan of chevelle, but its awsome when ya get to see your favorite band play 2 nights in a row, and especially when theres s**t load of people really getting into the show having a kick ass time and ur like only a few feet away from the band.

I can't believe they didn't play more stuff off of Wonder Whats Next? Another Know It All is an amazing song live.
The last time I saw them they opened up with that.
It was badass.

And we're not nerds ricky, dont listen to people like tiger who like to instigate alot. Everyone has some band that they just really like listening too and can never get tired of. My older brother (25) was the same way w/ Nirvana, he has all their albums, posters, shirts, etc...only thing about him that has me real worried now is hes sucha huge New Found Glory fan lol.
