well its finally coming out...2pm EST. And for those who dont kno what i'm talking about it's about a 20 month investigation that went on, about MLB players connected/used/using steroids. There's said to be 60-80 names in this report in the MLB. I've been watching the sports shows all mourning and theres been a tiny bit leaked out, which is that there's a good number of prominate Yankees on the list and that Roger Clemens and Andy Pettite are in this report also.

Bonds goes down again. Basically he can go to jail for a long time, 4 counts of perjury and 1 obstruction of justice. More proof for the prosecutor!

I'm tired of hearing about this. The court system is probably the most ineffective system for attempting to prove guilt or innocence. I mean this thing has been going on for how many years now? too many. As long as those ball players have enough money they will not ever see jail time, money talks, plain and simple.

Michael Vick had enough money, but he's in jail. It's funny how "ineffective" they were at sentencing him...

I think they were extremely ineffective in dealing with Vick. Those that ratted on him and turned on him got nearly the same sentences. After saying he had nothing to do with it and then have to turn his tail and admit it when everyone was against him...he could have received up to 5 years...minimum. What he did was far more heinous than cheating...he should have gotten the max.

As far as Bonds? He lookin pretty good at the moment. How can you crucify him and ignore the others? Yeah, he lied to a grand jury...I suppose that's different than just lying to a reporter saying you didn't do it. But, with all the other big names on that list...Barry ain't lookin so nasty any more...now is he Question

Million dollar contracts on the line made this almost a necessity...this was all brought about by greed. Bad Idea

Taking performance enhancing drugs and cocktails is not such a big deal.

Lying to the media and the fans is not such a big deal

(it's frickin snowing on my post, hang on while I blow the snow off FFFFFFFFFfffffffffff)

Lying under oath is what get's them all. Politicians, sports figures, etc. You go to jail for obstruction and perjury EVERY TIME.

Vick could have copped a plea early and saved himself a boatload of trouble by telling the truth. Bonds didn't commit a crime until he lied under oath. Morons all, throwing water on their faces (to look good) while their ass is on fire.
