| Hurricanes?!?!?! they won 3-1 against the oilers. damn world cup distracted me from seeing this. anyone catch it? |

Yes, I saw it.  I'm a Canucks fan, but was going for the Oilers at this point. |

| Hockey is dead to me. It died along time ago when they made new rules and turned the game into figure skating with pads on. |

Sadly...I agree. 
I was a HUGE Rangers fan...but I didn't see a single game this year. Besides the rule changes, the strike did much damage to the league...many just forgot about it. |

I was watching it and rooting for the hurricanes! Anyone who was at practice heard me say who won and heard my excitement 
Here in the Raleigh area ppl have been going crazy, its really cool! |
