how can i get someone to tech me a few skills like sniping and let me know your searets on how to kill with one shoot its takes me three shots
to kill a hw with sniper rifel and i hit them right on the head i see the
blood but they dont die and when a sniper hits me they kill me frist shot
is there a specil place to aim at on the head.also i want to learn hpw
to one sab kills when playing spy every time i try to sab a hw it takes me
alots of sabs to kill him even in the back what am i doing wrong if you
teach me i wont use the skills you teach me on you,i just want more skill
iam trying hard to learn more classes but not doing to good Bad Idea

i gotcha ghost! and it just takes time my man

sniper rifle u just need to charge ur shot up wait for the red dot to be really bright and spy well that will take time for u to get down cause there r certain spots to hit for the one hit kills

thanks iam still learing i do pretty good sniping
bots but not humans and i have killed a few humans
being spy but know luck with bots they shoot me as soon as they see me but iam learning and will try till i get all my skills up in each class

Spy, I think is one of the most difficuly classes to master, since it doesn't rely on normal power techniques.
The bots Hack, they know if you're a spy.

For a sniper, you need three things, A good internet connection, a good computer, and a real good, comfortable mouse. I've got Cable, a kick-ass computer (a little too powerful for TFC), and the Logitech's G5 mouse. And, you need practice. Skill usually doesn't just appear, it must be developed.
KEY NOTES:
-HW's were supposed to be taller, so aim for the fore-head. I've gotten 1 hit Kills by hitting the space above their heads.
-Snipers weren't made for direct conflict, use "Viet Cong" techniques. Pop out->take your shot->go back into hiding.
-For some reason, snipers must charge up their bullets. Wait a few seconds before popping out. (If you hold the Fire button, and look closely at the dot, it will get redder as you wait. It will stop when fully charged).
-There are two vital parts to an enemy-the chest and head. Aim for the chest first, but if you have the opening, aim for the head. Leg shots will render a scout to a Medium Speed, HW's won't notice a difference.
-HW Auto Cannons aren't that accurate. If you see one shootin at you, crouch and shoot again. Only a few rounds will deliver all 5 damage. Shotgun rounds are much more effective (KEY NOTE!!!!!)
-"Slicing" is a military technique. It's where you aim at the edge of the wall, and walk around, so that you will always have your aim at what's comming next. It serves much more useful then just strafing into oblivion.

Hey Ghost, If you want to really see what someone snipes like, take the time to watch someone, like Bonsai or me Neutral

. I'd be happy to show you some of techniques in some lessons or something.

thanks i realy want to learn like i said i do fair sniping bots,but still need lots more skill,i think i pretty good hw i do have a lot of kills ,but i like playing other classes to learn,so when you have time let me know i on here most of the time a lot of the time, almost all the time Laughing

Once you get the basics down, realized that you have a red dot that everyone can see. What most people fail to realize is that when they "slice", their red dot is on the corner of the wall before they pop out. Put your dot outside the wall before you cross it. Like for 2fort, I aim in the sky to charge up before I walk out, or aim at the side wall.

And I beg to differ. Snipers are good at direct fighting, you just need to be a talented sniper *cough* Smile

spy is extremely hard to get good at. I've played spy as one of my favorite classes since I started this game(over 2 years ago) and it wasn't till recently that i even knew how to frontstab, let alone actually do it.

if you ever want, ask me and i'll show you how to play a class as best I can(as long as I have the time). *alot* of getting better is about just straight practice as much as you can, but i'll be willing to show you as much as I can to help you along.

put ur sniper dot on the wall, watch the color when it stops getting brighter u can shoot

to kill a hw i usually shoot him in the foot then the head

yes i like playing spy but when i do i notice that
when i try to sab my knife go back and forth
and i wacthed a few spys play in spc and there knife
go stright i just cant figer how to make knife do stright sab or where to aim i uselt aim for the lower part of the body 'and as far as star said about have to have good computer and mouse well i have a real fast computer 2700 mz i overclocked to 2.0
and 1gb ram and a niva 128 vidocard over clocked to 599mz and i have fast dsl but my mouse
is a old roller ball because i have big hands
most lazer mouses are to small for me to hold
they slip out of my hand and the bottons are to close i have two lazer mouses but i dont use them
there eare to small whe ni get more mony
iam going to see if i can find a biger lazer mouse

Well, for one, you need to get out of that Rollerball
The mouse is now one of the most important parts of a comp.
Ever heard of the MX1000?
It's a laser, made by logitech
It's pretty big, I can't even get a full grip.
You might want to try it out.
It might work well for you.

Well, for your techniques, here's a few tips I got from Bonsai, Kibbles (?), Kidani (?), and G-baby (I wish)
-Aim High, where the crosshair should be should be aimed at the shoulders.
-Get a crosshair. Their tough to find, but they work
-If you can't find one, get a bit of tape, bring a gun up, and put the tape in the center of the crosshair, on the monitor. Pretty sweet, huh?

With those, if you master the backstab, maybe someone could teach you the sidestab.

I'm not saying im the best sniper in the world, which i'm not but if you want to watch me and ask me questions feel free!
Taking out HWs is simple... aim slightly above the head... the hitbox is large, as are they =) wish i could tell you stuff about taking other stuff out but i can't =b

I have a 1.7 Ghz processor, DSL, 128 meg Radion 9200 SE video card, and a microsoft ball mouse... yes, a microsoft ball mouse lol
lately i've been abit bored with sniper though.... been doing a bit more spy stuff, solly stuff and demo...

itryed the tape but everyone keeps moving out of
line of it and i get tryed pulling it off the center and putting in anghter place,the sounds like a good mouse but i will have to sell the ones i have so i can alford to buy a new one i have 4 lazer mouses
but they are all to small i even have a wireless
mouse ,the ball is the only one that fits my hand
and it just a little to small but at lest i can hold on
to it its a logitech mouse called mouseman made in
2000 it has anice crive on it
i been priceing sniping with the bots
