Figured this would get out of hand in Tigers thread . . .

Just for laughs I played HW in Drippy's one night. Some moron infects me in spawn so I run outside to shoot across the bridge on 2 fort and wait to die. Another dude went on a mic rampage cursing me to no end, I tell him it wasn't me. He just kept going, ending by telling me to "go back to F'n Chips". Rather then lose my mind, I type a few question marks to be sure I'm not dreaming. An admin send me a direct message saying, "are you confused about something"? I asked the admin if he knew what just happened - he says I should learn from it and move on. I told him I learned enough to know it was time to play somewhere else and left.

Getting attacked it one thing, every games got a hot head. Sometimes it's me. But to have an admin back up an f'n ahurl . . . pffffft. Bad Idea

That sucks. I got banned from a CS server last night for joining after I was kicked. They had a reason for kicking me, but no reason for banning me, even if it was for about 30 minutes.

Your story actually sounds rather typical, AOM, heh.

d2f has a pretty funny policy on team infectors, but at least it IS very consistant.

-INTENTIONAL team infection is against the rules.
-Entering the spawn while infected is not necessarily qualified as intentional however (I very much disagree with this rule)
-DO NOT whine about team infectors. d2f has a strict policy against whining, and is probably where admins are most commonly viewed as nazis.

By the way, can you tell me the nickname of any/all of the people involved in your story? I'm curious. Also, are you sure it was an admin that was messaging you? Any player on the server can message any player by "!msg name message here"
